3) The U6-9 Mini Roos draws will be published in TeamApp → Schedules

4) Please report scores after each match in TeamApp (to update the draw if required through the season)

5) Skills development session for teams on a BYE
- If we have an odd number of teams in the age group
- not required for Under 6s at this stage

6) Field setup roster – ONLY once for the season you will get the whole team to arrive at 8:00am to set up the fields – cones and garbage bins and flags – Michael Vacieitis

7) Get your team to pack away your cones after your match. Leave the yellow corner cones for the U7s to use.

8) Who can be U6 Age group coordinators – a few great organisers are needed to coordinate and roster teams, then notify them via TeamApp communications for this age group eg sending reminders to the team on field setup next week – it will only take you ten minutes per week across the two terms

9) Team tasks and duties on match day
- Remind your parents and players every week to always encourage good sportsmanship, fair play, fun, whilst they are developing their soccer skills. This is not the World Cup!!!
- Please ensure parents do not stand behind the pop-up goal – it creates a visual barrier for some players.
- Collect the team kit from the Chapman lockup next week, look after it and return it after the end of the season. The team ‘kit’ provided by the Club includes – playing shirts, training balls, cones and the pop up goal (u6s and U7s only)
- Playing shirts are ONLY to be worn on game day i.e. Saturday (not at training)
- Organise a parent roster for fruit at half-time
- If your team chooses, organise a parent roster for laundering the playing shirts
- Remind people to check the draw and field maps in TeamApp, also communicate club activities to players/parents (e.g. photo days and times, presentation day date and times).
– Ensure your team undertakes its club roster duty (generally rostered only once per season for two hours)
- Parent roster to set up the cones on your field before your match and pack up afterwards, as required
- Sports/Encouragement Awards for players (if you want)
- Confirm the spelling of the players’ names for team photos and trophies
- In early August – the coach writes a team report for the Yearbook
- Communications after the season eg Skills development sessions during Term 4
